The Road to Financial Freedom

The Road to Financial Freedom

Every success starts with a decision to TRY!
And best time to start it is NOW!

WHAT IS FINANCIAL FREEDOM?
The definition of true financial freedom has been stated as… When you are debt free and have replaced your working income with ongoing, consistent passive or residual income, which then allows you to become time free!

DREAM... Nangarap na ba tayo magkaroon ng sarili nating bahay, property,  sasakyan o kaya magtravel around the world, at higit sa lahat magkaroon ng maraming time kasama ang pamilya o mga mahal sa buhay?
(Have you ever dreamed of living in your own house, a car or travel around the world, and most of all to have a lot of time with your family and loved ones?)

(If your an ordinary employee, working 8 hours a day, but your income is just enough for your everyday expenses, and sometimes its not even enough so go into credit, these dreams are far from reality. Most of us are in this type of situation.)

THE RAT RACE

Sa diagram sa ibaba, you work 8 hours/day after a month, pagdating ng sweldo, ibabayad sa mga utang, bills. Pag nagkulang, mangungutang ulit, as a result walang Savings o ipon. Balik trabaho ulit at same routine, paikot-ikot lng.
( In the diagram below, you work 8 hours a day then after a month you'll receive your salary. Then you have to pay for your bills and debts. The you go to buy the item on Sale that you've been wanting to buy, and most of it are just Wants and not your Needs. And then what's left of your salary, you have to stretch it for your daily needs until the next payday. if again it's not enough, you have to go to credit. As a result, No Savings! And finally,  back to work again. The same routine every month, again and again.)

Nakakarelate ba tayo sa ganyang sitwasyon? Na kahit anong sipag mo, overtime everyday, pero parang ganun pa din ang sitwasyon mo, walang pagbabago. kung ano ang kinalalagyan mo last year, ganun ulit pa din this year. and most probably, next year ganun pa din.
(Can you relate yourself to this kind of situation? Even if you work harder, go on overtime everyday, but situation is still the same. What you are this year, most probably you'll be on the same situation next year and the year after that.)

(If you want to get out of the Rat Race, you have to change something)

How can I get out of the Rat Race?
